To celebrate the 10th annual United Nations International Day of Yoga we are throwing a little party at the studio, and you’re all invited!

The Australian School of Meditation & Yoga is a non-profit, community driven wholistic wellbeing sanctuary helping others to live a happy, healthy life. At Yoga Day Festival we hope to share with you the tools you need to live a truly balanced life – mentally, physically and spiritually.
